Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has reportedly ruled out the prospect of a January bid for Manchester City forward Leroy Sane.
The German champions came close to completing a move for Sane last summer, only for the deal to be called off when the player suffered a severe knee ligament injury in August.
However, reports suggest that Bayern remain interested in doing a deal for the Germany international, who is said to be valued at around £90m.
The Bundesliga side view Sane as the ideal reinforcement following the exit of both Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
Pep Guardiola recently confirmed that the 23-year-old had returned to light training and would soon begin working with the main group.
