Bristol Rovers have signed former Manchester City youth and reserve player Adam Drury on a non-contract basis.
The right-back, who is comfortable playing in a number of positions, joined the Citizens from Grimsby in 2007 but failed to make a competitive senior appearance for the club.
"I'm delighted to be here and I'm ready to kick on," the 21-year-old told the club's official website. "I spent almost ten years with Manchester City and really enjoyed my time there.
"I'm known for being a little bit of a utility player and think the knowledge I've gained can help me play in quite a few positions.
"I think I've matured a little bit in the last few years and can't wait to get my Rovers career underway."
The Pirates currently lie in 7th position in League Two, having gained nine points from their opening five fixtures.
