Joleon Lescott has reportedly opted to join West Bromwich Albion this summer, despite holding talks with Hull City.
The defender is due to leave Manchester City after the Premier League champions opted against offering the former England international a new contract.
While reports emerged claiming that the 31-year-old was close to agreeing a two-year deal with the Tigers, it is believed that the Baggies have made their interest known.
According to the Express & Star, Lescott has been booked in for a medical with West Brom tomorrow and is expected to seal a two-year contract at The Hawthorns.
Should the move go through, Lescott will be Alan Irvine's first signing as the new West Brom head coach.
