Manchester City watch Marco Reus

Manchester City's technical director Mike Rigg has confessed that the Premier League leaders have been keeping tabs on Borussia Monchengladbach winger Marco Reus.

The 22-year-old has reportedly been watched by a number of European clubs this season, including Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

However, it appears that City may be preparing to submit an offer following Rigg's revelations.

"I know Marco Reus, I like him a lot," Rigg told Bild.

"He is one of the most talented players in Germany and we have often watched him."

Reus has scored seven league goals so far this season.
