Manchester City academy duo Jaden Heskey and Reigan Heskey are reportedly being monitored by a number of top clubs in the Premier League and across Europe.

Manchester City duo Jaden Heskey and Reigan Heskey are reportedly wanted by a host of top clubs around Europe.

The pair are the sons of former Liverpool and England striker Emile Heskey, who played against the Citizens on many occasions across his Premier League career.

At the age of 18, Jaden has already featured for the senior side of Man City, earning a spot in the 2024 pre-season plans of Pep Guardiola.

The attacking midfielder travelled with the senior Citizens to the United States of America and played during a friendly match against Barcelona.

Two years and one month younger, Reigan has recently captained the youth side of Man City while also scoring against Grimsby Town in the EFL Trophy.

Man City's Heskey duo on the move?

According to Football Insider, Jaden and Reigan Heskey could depart the blue side of Manchester before making a full breakthroughs into the first team.

The report claims that a host of top Premier League clubs are monitoring the progress of the pair, preparing for a potential double swoop in the future.

As well as clubs in the English system, it is believed that outfits from around the European ecosystem are keeping tabs on development of the brothers.

Both Jaden and Reigan are currently perceived as two of the best players that the Man City academy set-up has produced over recent years.

After failing to win a single match in Group G of the Northern Section, Man City's academy did not advance into the knockout stages of the EFL Trophy.

Stay or go for the Heskey brothers?

In truth, there might not be an exact science to whether the Heskey brothers should depart Man City in the quest of fast-tracked first-team minutes.

Take the example of Phil Foden, who was patient in the early stages of his senior experience and has since reaped the rewards under Guardiola, winning six Premier League titles and one Champions League crown.

On the contrary, Cole Palmer has recently enjoyed success in cutting ties with the Citizens after being told that his minutes would be limited at Man City.
