Pep Guardiola has reportedly instructed Manchester City officials to secure him the services of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba this summer.
It was announced yesterday that the coveted Spanish head coach, who is currently in the Bayern Munich dugout, had agreed to take charge at the Etihad Stadium in July.
According to the Daily Mail, one of Guardiola's first acts has been to make France international Pogba his main transfer target.
The report adds that City are prepared to part with up to £80m to ensure that the 22-year-old rejects expected interest from Barcelona and Chelsea.
Pogba has made over 150 appearances for Juve following his arrival from City's rivals Manchester United in 2012.
