Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in Robert Lewandowski but view the Bayern Munich striker as a back-up option to first-choice target Erling Braut Haaland.
Kylian Mbappe is expected to leave the French giants either in January or next summer, with Mauricio Pochettino's side already believed to be identifying replacements for the World Cup winner.
According to le10sport, the leading priority for PSG sporting director is Haaland, with the Norway international expected to leave Borussia Dortmund during next summer's transfer window.
However, the report claims that Pochettino's team could switch their attention to Lewandowski if they are unable to win the race for Haaland.
Lewandowski is believed to be keen to seek pastures new next summer, with Manchester City and Real Madrid among the list of clubs said to be interested in his signature.
As it stands, Mbappe can leave PSG for free at the end of the season when his contract expires, but the Ligue 1 giants are still hopeful of signing the France international to an extension.
