Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has insisted that he sees the remaining years of his career at the Etihad Stadium.
The 29-year-old has had doubts raised over his future with the Premier League champions following reports that the playmaker would consider a return to Barcelona.
"I want to make history with this club, I want to end my career here," Toure told L'Equipe. "I'm pretty sure and I hope that when I'm an old man, sat around, they will still talk about me here."
The blue half of Manchester currently sit two points adrift of their local rivals Manchester United, who claimed the top spot in the league table over the weekend following their 2-1 win over Arsenal.
