Sevilla manager Vincenzo Montella has admitted that he does not want Paul Pogba to return against his side for the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie with Manchester United.
Pogba withdrew from Saturday's FA Cup win over Huddersfield Town with a late illness amid rumours of a fallout with Jose Mourinho, but was back in training the very next day.
Mourinho suggested that the France international will be available for Wednesday's match, but Montella is hoping that he is absent once again.
"We've seen a lot of him, he's a complete player, he's strong, technical and he scores goals," he told reporters at his pre-match press conference.
"He's a fantastic player and I hope he doesn't play."
Pogba has been either dropped or subbed off in his last three games for United.
