Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has been named the Premier League Manager of the Season in the annual Sports Mole Reader Awards.
Guardiola led Man City to the title for the third time in the last four seasons, eventually finishing 12 points clear of closest rivals Manchester United.
A run of 15 consecutive Premier League wins between December 19 and March 2 saw City take complete control of the title race, and they went on to secure the trophy with three games remaining.
Guardiola garnered 32.4% of your votes in the end-of-season awards to finish above Chelsea's Thomas Tuchel, who will go head to head with the Spaniard in the Champions League final on Saturday.
West Ham United's David Moyes finishes off the top three with 15.1% of the votes, while Leeds United's Marcelo Bielsa was fourth with 13.4%.
