Manchester United have left out Ryan Giggs, Patrice Evra and Dimitar Berbatov from the squad to face Ajax in Amsterdam tomorrow.
The Red Devils trio did not travel with Sir Alex Ferguson and their teammates for the Europa League clash, despite expectations that Evra and Berbatov would be involved in the fixture.
While United veteran Giggs was expected to be rested for the trip, there are no apparent injury concerns that are likely to be behind Evra and Berbatov's exclusion.
Meanwhile, winger Nani is back in the squad following a knock, while Phil Jones and midfielder Tom Cleverley also return.
