Antony has been brought into the Manchester United XI for Wednesday's FA Cup fifth-round contest with Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
The Brazilian starts ahead of Omari Forson, who was given the nod down the right for Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Fulham in the Premier League.
There is also a spot in the side for Sofyan Amrabat, who is expected to start at left-back, with Harry Maguire dropping out of the back four due to an injury which he suffered against Fulham.
Kobbie Mainoo is another notable absentee from the first XI, with Scott McTominay featuring alongside Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes.
Rasmus Hojlund's absence due to a muscular problem means that Marcus Rashford continues through the middle, while Alejandro Garnacho is also in the side.
There had been some doubt over the availability of Raphael Varane and Fernandes, but the pair are fit to start for the 20-time English champions in the FA Cup fifth-round contest.
As for Forest, Callum Hudson-Odoi drops out of the side, with Divock Origi introduced into the attack alongside Morgan Gibbs-White, Anthony Elanga and Taiwo Awoniyi.
Harry Toffolo and Ryan Yates are also brought into the side following the clash with Aston Villa, while there is a return between the sticks for Matt Turner.
