Sports Mole looks at Manchester United forward Romelu Lukaku's goalscoring record against Crystal Palace ahead of Wednesday's Premier League game.

Manchester United take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Wednesday night looking to continue their strong form under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

United only recorded a goalless draw against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, but it leaves Solskjaer with just one defeat from 14 games in all competitions.

The Norwegian will have to make a number of changes to his starting lineup for the trip to Selhurst Park due to injuries sustained in their last fixture.

Ahead of this week's meeting, Sports Mole assesses how Romelu Lukaku has fared in his previous games against Palace.

Lukaku has squared off against the Eagles with Everton and United, and four wins and five draws have come from 11 matches in the Premier League.

The two defeats came when representing Everton, and Lukaku has completed the 90 minutes on three occasions for United without suffering defeat against Palace.

A total of six goals have come from his last nine games, and each of those strikes have come in separate encounters.

However, the Belgium international has only netted twice in five appearances at Selhurst Park.
