Manchester United team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Aston Villa

Sports Mole rounds up Manchester United's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their EFL Cup clash with Aston Villa.

Manchester United will be looking to gain some revenge on Aston Villa when they welcome Unai Emery's side to Old Trafford in the EFL Cup on Thursday night.

The two teams locked horns in the Premier League on Sunday, with Villa recording a 3-1 victory over the Red Devils to end their nine-game unbeaten run.

Emery will now take his new side to Manchester, hoping to eliminate Erik ten Hag's side from the League Cup to progress to the fourth round of the competition.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man United's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest with Villa, who have won the League Cup on five occasions during their history.
