Sergio Aguero: 'It's looking grim for us'

Sergio Aguero has admitted that the situation surrounding Manchester City's title challenge is looking "grim".

City were beaten 3-1 by Southampton on Saturday, and Aguero took to Twitter to give his verdict on his side's faltering bid to retain the Premier League.

"It all looks a bit grim right now," wrote Aguero.

"Some days nothing works the way it should, but I won't believe giving up is an option."

Roberto Mancini's side currently trail league leaders Manchester United by nine points with Sir Alex Ferguson's team having a game in hand against Everton today.
