David De Gea reveals that he is happy with his first season as a Manchester United player despite being criticised in some circles.

David de Gea has revealed that he is happy with how things have gone during his first season at Manchester United.

The young Spanish goalkeeper has come in for some criticism since his £17m move from Atletico Madrid in the summer, but believes that there are more positives than negatives to take out of his debut campaign in the Premier League.

"Honestly, I think I have done more good things than bad things, but perhaps what I have done wrong has been reported on more," De Gea told ASM.

"I have done very good things. I am happy with my performances to date and I am sure there is more coming."

Dea Gea has made 26 appearances in all competitions for United this term.
