Patrice Evra: 'We are behind David Moyes'

Manchester United defender Patrice Evra insists that he and his teammates continue to support under-pressure manager David Moyes.

Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has admitted that the club have struggled to deal with the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.

David Moyes arrived as Ferguson's replacement in a summer of upheaval at Old Trafford, but despite United enduring a poor campaign, Evra has insisted that everyone at the club is fully behind their new boss.

The 32-year-old told RMC Sport: "There was a big change, nobody likes change, but we are behind the new manager.

"We will do everything to qualify for the next Champions League, and my love for the club will not change."

A 2-0 defeat to Olympiacos on Tuesday night was Moyes's 11th in 41 matches in charge of Manchester United.
