Patrice Evra is concerned that the injury crisis at Manchester United could disrupt their Premier League title challenge.
The Red Devils moved level on points with rivals Manchester City at the top of the table with a 5-0 thrashing of Wigan yesterday.
However, Evra was forced to play in central defence alongside Michael Carrick at Old Trafford as United were without five recognised centre-halves.
There are also problems in midfield, where Anderson, Darren Fletcher, Ashley Young and Tom Cleverley are all currently unavailable.
"I am a little bit worried because we need everyone if we are going to win the league," said Evra. "It is starting to get annoying.
"The most important thing is that we won but I hope everyone gets fit because Blackburn is another big game and we need all the defenders."
The Frenchman, who has been captaining United in the absence of Nemanja Vidic, joined United from Monaco in 2006.
