Sir Alex Ferguson warns his Manchester United players not to get complacent during their Premier League title run-in.

Sir Alex Ferguson has warned his Manchester United side about getting complacent during their title run-in.

The Red Devils currently sit two points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League and have a game in hand on their local rivals.

Considering this and United's supposedly easier remaining fixtures, they are now seen as heavy favourites for the title, but Ferguson has insisted that they will not take any opponents lightly.

"We know how quickly football can turn on you and bite you. You can look at all the fixtures and say all those teams are fighting for their lives. And they are the kind of games you know will be tight," said Ferguson.

"The game at Blackburn Rovers has always been a difficult match. It is a local derby and tends to be a bit feisty. Last season we were lucky enough to come back from a goal down to win the league.

"But it will be a very difficult game. That is the way it is going to be from now until the end of the season."

United face Rovers at Ewood Park on Monday night looking to exact revenge for their surprise 3-2 defeat at Old Trafford earlier in the campaign.
