Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa has revealed that he is pleased with how his time on the club's pre-season tour of the USA is going.
Kagawa has featured in both of United's victories so far, including Tuesday night's penalty-shootout win against Inter Milan.
With the new Premier League campaign just weeks away, the Japan international is satisfied with how he has applied himself so far out in the States.
"I think I have been training with focus every day. Pre-season is important to develop my physical strength," he told the club's official website.
"I learn a lot from training as we have a new manager with new tactics and a new formation. I am working to get myself into shape. It is good that I have been doing so without picking up any injuries."
Kagawa made 30 appearances for United during the 2013-14 campaign.
