Zinedine Zidane is reportedly not interested in replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Manchester United boss and is instead waiting for the France job.
The 49-year-old is believed to under consideration by the Red Devils should Solskjaer be relieved of his duties, with the Norwegian struggling to deliver consistent results at Old Trafford.
However, according to ESPN, the former Real Madrid boss is not interested in taking charge of the 20-time English champions, as he is enjoying his time away from the spotlight.
The report claims that Zidane is instead waiting for the France job, which could become vacant after next year's World Cup or Euro 2024.
The Frenchman returned for a second spell in charge of Real Madrid in March 2019, and he enjoyed huge success during his two terms at the club, winning two La Liga titles and three Champions League crowns.
Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has now allegedly been identified by Man United as a leading contender to take the job at Old Trafford if Solskjaer is dismissed.
