Manchester United manager David Moyes has revealed that the club are looking at "several players" to bring into Old Trafford before the close of the summer transfer window.
Aside from the arrival of Uruguay youngster Guillermo Varela, the Premier League champions have failed to bring in any high-profile signings during Moyes's first few months in charge.
"I'm confident we'll have players in before the start of the season," Moyes told Sky Sports News. "We're involved in several players we're looking at and that will continue. We will get them before the deadline? I hope so, but we're working very hard to do so."
United have had two bids turned down by Barcelona for midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
