Manchester United will not allow David de Gea to join Real Madrid in January, according to reports.
The 24-year-old missed out on joining the Spanish giants during the transfer window after relevant paperwork was not submitted in time, and the two clubs have since been in a war of words since the incident.
According to the Daily Mirror, United will now block any move in the winter and De Gea will have to remain at Old Trafford until his contract runs out next summer.
The Spanish goalkeeper has made 175 appearances for Manchester United since joining the club in 2011, but he has yet to play this season.
