Man United legend Bryan Robson questions Manchester City's ability to win the Premier League this season.

Bryan Robson is not convinced that Manchester City have the mental strength to win the title this season.

The Manchester United legend won two Premier League crowns with the Red Devils and believes his old team, who have a one-point lead over their neighbours, have the advantage heading into the run-in.

"City must be really disappointed. When you look at what they've achieved this season, normally they would be top of the league easily," said Robson.

"As soon as you slip up, that pressure is on you - 'It looks like it won't be your year. Certain players will have it in the back of their mind that they're never going to do it. Some will be really positive, but others won't have the same character."

The former England captain added: "United have been grinding it out and have the advantage as it stands. City also have a tough fixture list. You wonder whether they can get maximum points out of that."

Robson made 345 appearances for United and scored 74 goals during a 13-year playing spell at Old Trafford.
