Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has tipped Luke Shaw to continue improving after enjoying his best run of form in a Manchester United shirt.
The England international has benefited hugely from Solskjaer's arrival at Old Trafford in December, kickstarting a run of impressive displays at left-back.
Shaw played a fine through-ball for United's opening goal against Watford on Saturday - his third assist in six matches - and Solskjaer is pleased with the ex-Southampton defender's newfound consistency.
"We have been waiting for it," the newly-appointed manager told MUTV. "I think everyone that has been following Luke has been waiting for that consistency. I've been very, very pleased with him. He's only going to get better.
"He is at a great age now and an age now where he has maturing and we will see more and more consistent performances."
Shaw, regularly criticised by former boss Jose Mourinho over the past couple of years, is under contract with United until 2023.
