Incoming Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag will reportedly hold one-on-one meetings with every first-team player at the club over the next few months.
Ten Hag does not officially begin work with the 20-time English champions until the end of the season, with the Dutchman still bidding to lead Ajax to the Eredivisie title.
However, the 52-year-old is already believed to be in contact with Man United over potential transfer targets, with a number of players linked with switches to Old Trafford since his appointment was finalised.
According to The Mirror, Ten Hag will hold individual Zoom meetings with every Man United player over the next three weeks, as he wants to start to build relationships at an early stage.
The report claims that even those out of contract, including Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata, will hold virtual talks with the club's new head coach.
Ten Hag is also allegedly considering replacing Harry Maguire as captain due to the England international's struggles during the 2021-22 campaign.
Man United are expected to miss out on the chance to play Champions League football next season, with the club now seemingly battling to secure a position in the Europa League, currently sitting sixth in the Premier League table on 54 points.
