Former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy has given his backing to Leicester City's Jamie Vardy, who is one goal away from matching the Dutchman's Premier League record.
In 2003, Van Nistelrooy scored in 10 consecutive top-flight games to set a new record, and Vardy can equal that if he finds the back of the net in Saturday's match against Newcastle United.
On Twitter, Van Nistelrooy wrote: "#Records are there to be broken. Go on @vardy7, all the best and good luck!"
Vardy is currently the leading goalscorer in the league.
