Former Real Madrid and France midfielder Zinedine Zidane has said that is it unfair to compare Anthony Martial to Thierry Henry, due to the accomplishments of the former Arsenal striker.
The young Manchester United forward has impressed since making his summer deadline-day move from Monaco, earning him early comparisons to his compatriot Henry.
However, Madrid's assistant coach feels the comparisons are unfair on Martial and could put unnecessary pressure on the youngster.
"Thierry is one of the greats, it is not fair to put that pressure on the kid [Martial]," Zidane told Shortlist.
"It is obvious he is full of ability and confidence, so it looks good for the future."
Martial has scored five goals in all competitions for United this season.
