Preview: Manchester United vs. Newcastle United

Sports Mole previews Saturday's Premier League clash between Manchester United and Newcastle United.

Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing midweek defeat to Everton when they host Newcastle United on Saturday.

United boss David Moyes saw his former club leave Old Trafford with all three points thanks to a late goal from Brian Oviedo.

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew will also be hoping for a positive response from his side after they were beaten 3-1 by Swansea City on Wednesday evening.

United will overtake the visitors in the table if they secure victory.

Moyes will have to make changes to his side, with Wayne Rooney suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the season against Everton. With Robin van Persie still ruled out through injury, Javier Hernandez could be handed a start.

Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse is a doubt as he struggles with a heel injury, so Shola Ameobi is expected to retain his place in attack.
