Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is supposedly growing increasingly tempted by the Manchester United job.
The Red Devils have so far kept faith with the under-fire Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, but the Norwegian's future in the Old Trafford hotseat is far from secure.
Zidane is one of several names to have been linked with the Red Devils role should Solskjaer be given the boot, although the 49-year-old was initially reported to be holding out for the France job.
However, Record Sport claims that Zidane is warming to the idea of managing Man United, as the Frenchman would relish the prospect of reuniting with Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane.
The report adds that Zidane's wife Veronique Zidane has reservations over life in Manchester, though, and she would rather see the ex-Real boss stay out of the game for a little while longer.
Zidane won three Champions League titles and two La Liga crowns across two separate spells with Real Madrid before leaving his post at the end of the 2020-21 season.
