Adnan Januzaj earns a place on the Manchester United bench for the visit of Southampton.

Adnan Januzaj has earned a place on the Manchester United bench for the visit of Southampton this afternoon.

The 20-year-old, who recently returned from a loan at Borussia Dortmund, is back in the senior side after netting a brace for the Under-21s earlier in the week.

Manager Louis van Gaal makes just the one change to the side that defeated Liverpool at Anfield last week, with Cameron Borthwick-Jackson coming in for the injured Ashley Young.

For the visiting Saints, James Ward-Prowse drops to the bench despite finding a brace in the 3-0 win over West Bromwich Albion, with Jordy Clasie coming in. Steven Davis is not fit for the trip, meaning that Dusan Tadic earns a recall to the starting XI.

Meanwhile, new signing Charlie Austin is named on the bench.
