Team News: Wilfred Ndidi back in for Leicester City against Manchester United

Wilfred Ndidi is restored to Leicester City's starting lineup as the Foxes take on Manchester United at the King Power Stadium.

Wilfred Ndidi has been restored to Leicester City's starting lineup as the Foxes take on Manchester United at the King Power Stadium.

Ndidi missed Leicester's EFL Cup loss to Manchester City on Wednesday as he served a one-match ban he picked up at Crystal Palace last weekend.

Elsewhere in the team, Danny Simpson and Wes Morgan start in defence, while Ndidi is partnered in midfield by Riyad Mahrez, who was a substitute in midweek.

Up front for the Foxes, Jamie Vardy, who converted a penalty in injury time against Pep Guardiola's side, is also restored by Claude Puel.

As for Manchester United, Victor Lindelof keeps his place at centre-back from Wednesday's shock EFL cup exit at Bristol City, while Marcos Rojo, who also started at Ashton Gate, drops to the bench.

Paul Pogba captains the Red Devils in midfield, while Lukaku starts up top for Jose Mourinho's men alongside Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial.

Leicester City: Schmeichel; Simpson, Maguire, Morgan, Fuchs; Iborra, Ndidi, Mahrez, Albrighton, Gray; Vardy
Subs: Hamer, Chilwell, Amartey, Dragović, King, Slimani, Okazaki

Manchester United: De Gea; Lindelof, Jones, Smalling, Young; Matic, Pogba, Mata; Lingard, Lukaku, Martial
Subs: Romero, Shaw, Rojo, Herrera, Mkhitaryan, Ibrahimovic, Rashford
