AC Milan have reportedly decided to entertain offers in the region of €40m (£35.7m) for defender Leonardo Bonucci.
Milan only signed Bonucci from Juventus last summer, but the club's financial situation means that player sales are likely before the end of the summer.
According to Calciomercato, Milan will consider parting ways with the Italy international providing that any interested club are prepared to spend close to the fee that was paid 12 months ago.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with an approach for the 31-year-old, who still has four years left on his contract.
The asking price is within the range of both clubs and Milan's stance is likely to lead to bids being made in the coming weeks.
Bonucci has allegedly asked to end his spell at San Siro, with the club not competing in Europe next season.
