Barcelona are reportedly considering bids for Manchester United's Ander Herrera and Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin when their transfer embargo ends next year.
The Blaugrana have been linked with a €50m (£37m) deal for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti in 2016.
However, The Mirror claims that the Catalan giants are keen to move for ex-Athletic Bilbao midfielder Herrera, who has impressed in the second half of the season for United.
Meanwhile, Bellerin, a former graduate of Barca's youth system at La Masia, is also believed to be a target for the La Liga leaders after earning rave reviews while deputising for injured full-back Mathieu Debuchy at Arsenal.
Both players are said to be happy in the Premier League, but Barcelona are hopeful that the lure of the Camp Nou might be enough to sway the pair to join them instead.
Luis Enrique strengthened their grip on the La Liga title with an 8-0 win at Cordoba on Saturday.
