Marouane Fellaini has reportedly decided to sign a new deal at Manchester United, despite months of speculation suggesting an exit from Old Trafford.
Throughout the first half of 2018, Fellaini has been strongly linked with a move elsewhere due to his contract expiring at the end of June and the Belgium international has attracted interest from all over Europe.
Earlier this week, Fellaini revealed that he would make an announcement regarding his future on July 1 but according to HLN, the 30-year-old has agreed to remain with United.
The report claims that Fellaini has agreed to sign a new two-year contract, which if completed will see the player take his stay with the English giants to seven seasons.
Fellaini has made a total of 156 appearances for United in all competitions, but just seven starts were made in Premier League and Champions League fixtures during the most recent campaign.
Arsenal and AC Milan were said to be among the clubs keen on signing Fellaini on a free transfer.
