Forest to make loan bid for Reece James?

Nottingham Forest are reportedly looking at Manchester United defender Reece James.

The 21-year-old played in the Championship last season during loan spells at Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town.

James is said to be highly thought of at Old Trafford, having signed a new long-term deal in February.

According to the Nottingham Post, Forest boss Dougie Freedman is keen to sign James and would like to secure a loan deal for him.

Fulham and Wigan Athletic are also said to be in the hunt for the left-back.

James has made one senior appearance for United.
