Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner issues a fresh update on the futures of three in-demands players ahead of the summer transfer window.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has issued a fresh update on the futures of in-demand trio Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze and Jean-Philippe Mateta ahead of the summer transfer window.

All three attackers have been given a new lease of life since the arrival of Glasner in mid-February and their magnificent form has been a huge contributing factor to the club's strong end to the campaign.

Palace were sitting 16th in the Premier League table and just five points above the relegation zone when Glasner took the reins, but a run of six wins and one draw in their final seven matches helped the Eagles soar into the top 10, finishing 23 points clear of the drop zone.

In that time, both Olise (four goals, three assists) and Eze (five goals, two assists) have contributed to seven goals each, while Mateta has recorded nine goals and one assist while operating as a central striker.

Olise and Eze, in particular, have been heavily linked with big-money moves away from Selhurst Park - the former has allegedly attracted interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, while reports have claimed that the latter is wanted by Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur.

Glasner comments a boost for Palace fans?

Last month, Glasner stated that he expects both Olise and Eze to remain at Crystal Palace next season amid reports claiming that both players are valued at £60m by the club.

The Austrian boss remains confident that the Eagles can keep hold of the attacking duo, as well as Mateta, beyond the summer transfer window.

"I am very confident they'll be here because they have contracts and no one has told me they'll be leaving," Glasner told reporters as quoted by The Mirror. "I think what we have done is that we have shown them that Crystal Palace have ambition.

"We have shown them how we want to play, which path we want to go down, which journey we want to ride together. They can show their strengths, qualities and personalities and express themselves.

"They fit together. This is what we can do. If something else happens, then this is football. But Crystal Palace will be able to build a new Selhurst - because it will cost a lot of money."

Mateta to hold Glasner talks over Palace future

Olise, Eze and Mateta all starred for Crystal Palace as they thumped Aston Villa 5-0 on home soil in their final Premier League fixture of the season on Sunday.

Mateta stole the headlines with a memorable hat-trick, becoming the first Palace player to score a treble in a Premier League game at Selhurst Park.

The 26-year-old ended the campaign with 16 goals in 35 league appearances, including seven goals scored across his last seven home matches, becoming just the second Frenchman after Thierry Henry to achieve that feat.

Prior to Palace's victory over Villa, Mateta - who was linked with Glasner's former club Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this season - stated that he will have a conversation with the Eagles boss about his future, telling L'Equipe: "I'm going to have an interview with the coach and the managers and we'll see."

Mateta still has two years remaining on his contract at Selhurst Park, while both Olise and Eze will see their current deals run until the summer of 2027.
