Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish has reportedly moved a step closer to joining Manchester United after purchasing a house in the North-West area of England.
The 24-year-old is rumoured to be the Red Devils' priority midfield target ahead of the summer transfer window following an impressive campaign at Villa.
Talks between United and Villa have yet to begin, but The Express suggests that Grealish is keen to move to Old Trafford.
The report indicates that the former England Under-21s international has found a new house near Manchester and is all set on leaving Villa this summer, regardless of whether his boyhood club avoid Premier League relegation.
Grealish has seven goals and a further six assists in 30 top-flight appearances for the Villans this season.
