Inter Miami owner David Beckham is reportedly interested in signing Raphael Varane this summer.
The experienced defender will officially become a free agent when his Manchester United contract expires at the end of the month.
Varane struggled with fitness issues during his final season at Old Trafford, which ultimately restricted him to just 16 Premier League starts.
However, he did win a piece of silverware in his last game for the club, playing the duration of Man United's FA Cup final win over rivals Manchester City.

Beckham targeting Varane move
Having played for Lens, Real Madrid and Man United, the Frenchman could be given the chance to try a fresh challenge outside of Europe.
According to The Mirror, Beckham is hoping to convince the experienced defender to complete a move to the MLS this summer.
Beckham does not appear deterred by Varane's recent injury issues as he looks to add another high-profile name to Gerardo Martino's side.
Varane has also been linked with a move to Liga MX side Tigres, but he could be enticed by the chance to join Inter Miami and work with some of his old foes from his time in Spain.

Could Clasico rivals become teammates?
Inter Miami signed former Barcelona stars Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba last summer, before making another high-profile addition earlier this year.
The MLS franchise signed Luis Suarez on a free transfer from Brazilian club Gremio to reunite him with his ex-Barcelona teammates.
Varane would have featured against the quartet on numerous occasions after featuring in 20 Clasicos during his time with Real Madrid.
However, he could now join forces with his former rivals to join a side that are currently enjoying a successful season.
Having collected 41 points from 20 matches, Inter Miami are sitting top of the Eastern Conference with a two-point lead over FC Cincinnati.
They are currently having to cope without Messi and Suarez, who are representing their respective countries at the Copa America.
