Juventus are reportedly preparing to offer Douglas Costa in a player-plus-cash bid for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
Pogba recently admitted that he was open to leaving Old Trafford in this summer's transfer window.
Real Madrid have been strongly linked with a move for the France international, although the midfielder's former club Juve are also said to be in the hunt.
According to Calciomercato, the Italian champions will attempt to lower United's asking price for Pogba - which is potentially as high as £160m - by including Costa as a makeweight.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have recently been linked with a move for the versatile attacker, who completed a permanent move to Juve last summer following a loan spell at the club.
The 28-year-old only scored once for the Serie A giants during a disappointing 2018-19 campaign, but he missed a lot of football due to troublesome hamstring and calf injuries.
