Sporting director Fabio Paratici plays down suggestions that Juventus could attempt to secure a reunion with Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

Sporting director Fabio Paratici has suggested that Juventus are currently not considering an approach for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The World Cup winner has divided opinion since his return to Old Trafford in 2016, resulting in frequent speculation regarding another spell at Juventus.

While Paratici has not ruled out a future move for the France international, it appears that no proposal will be put together until the summer at the earliest.

Speaking to Sky Italia, Paratici said: "When it comes to Pogba, right now he is a Manchester United player and it's far too early to think about future transfer targets.

"We all care for Pogba here, he's one of many ex-players who gave Juve so much. He's a great player, for sure, but it's too early to talk about future objectives.

"We are concentrated on constructing this team for this season, that is where our focus lies."

Pogba now has a contract at Old Trafford until 2022 after United recently activated a 12-month extension.
