Manchester United reportedly have no plans to launch an approach for Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane.
Despite the England international having just over four years left on his contract, comments regarding his future have led to speculation regarding a switch to Old Trafford.
Although Spurs chairman Daniel Levy would be against selling to one of the club's rivals, United are also aware that it would take an astronomical offer to tempt the North London outfit into parting with their star man.
With that in mind, and due to the financial climate which will follow the coronavirus pandemic, Sky Sports News says that United are not thinking about trying to sign Kane.
Regardless of speculation about a potential £100m bid for Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, the report adds that United are unlikely to spend big money during the next transfer window.
However, much could depend on whether Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is able to raise extra funds through player sales.
