Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez is reportedly keen on the possibility of joining Chelsea this summer.
The Blues are in the market for a new centre-forward during the current transfer window following a 2022-23 campaign that saw them score just 38 times in 38 Premier League games.
Kai Havertz was the team's joint-top scorer last term with nine goals in all competitions, and he is understood to be on the verge of joining London rivals Arsenal.
With Romelu Lukaku also not expected to return to the club following a loan spell at Inter, Chelsea have reportedly earmarked Lukaku's clubmate Martinez as a top attacking target for this summer.
Football Insider claims that the Argentine would be interested in a move to Stamford Bridge, where he would link up with compatriot Mauricio Pochettino.
Manchester United have also been linked with a move for Martinez, and the report claims that he would be open to a switch to Old Trafford too.

The World Cup winner is keen to play in the Premier League and could be available for around £60m this summer.
Inter would ideally like to keep Martinez at San Siro, but are open to offers for any of their players in order to comply with Financial Fair Play rules.
However, vice president Javier Zanetti recently insisted that Martinez is happy at the Champions League runners-up and that there have been no talks with any clubs over a possible move.
"There's nothing with other clubs for Lautaro, no negotiations. I can guarantee that Lautaro's very happy at Inter," Zanetti is quoted as saying by Metro.
Real Madrid have also been credited with an interest in the 25-year-old attacker, who scored 28 goals and created 11 more in 57 appearances across all competitions last season.
Since moving to Italy, Martinez has scored 102 goals and registered 36 assists in 238 outings for Inter.
