Robert Lewandowski's agent, Pini Zahavi, claims Bayern Munich are yet to hold talks with his client over a contract extension.
The 33-year-old has less than 18 months remaining on his current deal at the Allianz Arena which is believed to have alerted a number of top European clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Even though he is in the latter years of his career, Lewandowski remains a key player for the perennial Bundesliga winners, scoring 43 goals in just 36 appearances so far this season.
However, his long-term future at Bayern remains uncertain, with his agent revealing that they are yet to enter contract negotiations with the striker.
Speaking to Kicker on Tuesday about Lewandowski's contract situation, Zaharvi said: "There hasn't been any contact with FC Bayern yet."
A report from journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that Lewandowski is unhappy with his current situation and is prepared to leave the club if he is not offered a new deal this summer.
Lewandowski has spent the last 12 seasons in the Bundesliga with Bayern and Borussia Dortmund, but he could be tempted by a potential switch to either the Premier League or La Liga before hanging up his boots.
