French league champions Lille have reportedly slapped a £35m price tag on playmaker Eden Hazard.
Both Chelsea and Manchester United have been tracking the Belgian star, but Lille will not consider bids bellow £35m, according to The Mirror.
Chelsea have emerged as leaders to sign the 21-year-old in this month's transfer window, with various reports suggesting that the Blues have already offered £25m and spoken with the player about personal terms.
Lille's academy director Jean-Michel Vandamme has previously insisted that Hazard will see out the rest of this season with the Ligue 1 club, saying: "He certainly won't leave until then."
Real Madrid, Manchester City and Arsenal are also said to be tracking Hazard.
