Manchester United will face competition from rivals Manchester City for Renato Sanches's signature this summer, according to a report.
The Red Devils have long been linked with Benfica's 18-year-old midfielder, whom they are said to have extensively scouted over recent months.
However, The Times has claimed that incoming City boss Pep Guardiola also harbours a strong interest in the Portugal international.
The outlet adds that as well as the Premier League's Manchester duo, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are both trying to broker a deal.
Sanches has found the net twice from his 27 appearances in all competitions this term.
