Manchester United are allegedly not currently considering a move for Corentin Tolisso despite the recent speculation surrounding the Bayern Munich midfielder.
The 27-year-old's future at Allianz Arena has been called into question this summer amid suggestions that he is not part of Julian Nagelsmann's plans at the club for 2021-22.
A recent report claimed that Man United and Arsenal were preparing to go head to head for the France international's signature during this summer's transfer window.
However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils have not made any contact with either Bayern or the midfielder to discuss a possible move.
Romano claims that Tolisso is not currently a target for Man United, who will open their 2021-22 Premier League campaign with a home match against Leeds United on Saturday.
The Frenchman has scored 18 goals and registered 12 assists in 96 appearances for Bayern since arriving at Allianz Arena from Lyon in July 2017.
