Manchester United allegedly had scouts present as Dejan Kulusevski starred for Parma against Napoli on Saturday evening.
Since leaving Atalanta BC for Parma on a season-long loan deal, the 19-year-old has established himself as one of the top prospects in European football.
United and Inter Milan are allegedly leading the race for the Sweden international, who may be sold during the January transfer window.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Premier League side have representatives in attendance as Kulusevski contributed a goal and an assist against the struggling Italian giants.
The playmaker has now recorded four strikes and six assists in Serie A this season, a return which is likely to lead to Parma fighting to keep hold of his services until the end of the campaign.
Atalanta are said to value Kulusevski in excess of £25m.
