Manchester United are allegedly considering an approach for Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar during the summer transfer window.

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Manchester United.

Despite expressing a desire to return to former club Barcelona during the summer, Neymar eventually remained at the Parc des Princes, where he still has just under three years left on his contract.

However, despite a successful reintegration into the starting lineup, speculation persists regarding the Brazil international's long-term future.

While a reunion with Barcelona currently looks unlikely, reports in Spain suggest that Man United are contemplating an approach for the 27-year-old at the end of the campaign.

The Premier League giants are keen to add a star name to their ranks, especially in attack after parting ways with Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.

The report adds that United would need to be prepared to pay in excess of £200m to complete any deal for Neymar.
