Manchester United could move for Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United could reportedly make an attempt to land Antoine Griezmann this summer.

Griezmann recently revealed that he would be leaving Atletico Madrid in this summer's transfer window after five years with the capital giants.

Barcelona are considered to be the favourites for the France international, whose lawyer is said to have met with the Spanish champions over the weekend to discuss a move.

According to Sport, though, the Barca dressing room are not keen on Griezmann arriving at Camp Nou this summer, which has opened the door for United to make a move with Romelu Lukaku expected to depart.

The 2018 World Cup winner, who scored 21 times for Atletico during the 2018-19 season, will see his £173m release clause drop to £104m at the start of July.
